Shipping Policy
At KibloSelect, we offer fast, reliable, and fully trackable shipping across Sweden and the European Union. Every single garment is professionally cleaned, reconditioned, and carefully packed in our custom boxes before being handed over to our shipping carriers.
1. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
We determine shipping costs dynamically based on your delivery destination and the weight of your order.

2. Order Processing & Tracking
📦 Processing & Shipping Schedule: We package and ship orders on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays after 4:00 PM (CET).
Same-Day Shipping: If your order and payment are completed before 4:00 PM (CET) on a shipping day (Monday, Wednesday, or Friday), your package will be sent out that same evening!
Orders placed after 4:00 PM (CET) or during weekends and public holidays will be processed and dispatched on our next scheduled shipping day.
As soon as your package leaves our facility in Uppsala, Sweden, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your personal tracking link. You can use this link to follow your parcel's journey all the way to your door or nearest pick-up point.
3. Customs and Import Taxes (Within the EU)
Since KibloSelect is based in Sweden (an EU member state), there are no hidden customs fees, duties, or extra import taxes for any orders shipped within the 27 EU member states. The price you see at checkout is the final price you pay.
4. Unclaimed Packages
If a package cannot be delivered or is not collected from the pick-up point within the carrier's specified timeframe, it will be returned to us. In these cases, we reserve the right to charge a fee to cover the return shipping and handling costs.
